Additional topping: sour cream, cilantro, green onion, tortilla chips and cheese.
Instructions
Add chicken breast to crock pot, season with taco seasoning all over raw chicken, garlic powder, add chicken broth, canned tomatoes & chopped onion.
You can really add any seasoning you want.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Shred chicken. It should fall apart easily. Mix soup all together and serve. Top with additional toppings such as sour cream, cilantro, tortilla chips and cheese.
